We were blown away by the personalized attention we received. From the moment we made the reservation, the staff at The Berkeley made sure every detail was perfect. They upgraded our room to a suite and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and fresh fruits. The level of hospitality and care was excellent. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff were great, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to top attractions and dining options. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary Christmas festivities and activities , creating a warm and festive atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there were some ongoing building works in the hotel, which did impact our overall experience.

We had a luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, providing an array of beauty treatments, body scrubs and full body massages. the rooftop pool was a definite highlight, with heated swimming pool and sun loungers offering exclusive amenities and privacy. The restaurant was exceptional, offering a wide range of special diet menus, and in-room breakfast was served promptly with a tasty and varied selection. Cons: Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the location of our room meant we experienced some early morning noise, which disturbed our sleep.

I recently had an outstanding stay in a centrally located hotel in London. The hotel was close to all the best shops in Knightsbridge, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts like myself. Not only that, but it was also very close to the tube, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was luxurious with high-quality amenities. The service from the staff was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was of high quality. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a top-notch restaurant called Marcus, which served delicious food.

The concierge service could use some improvement compared to other hotels in the area.

The customer service is really good, with a chauffeured car ride and a complimentary drink in the bar. The hotel location is superb, offering rooms with Church views. The check-in and check-out process is fast. The restaurant serves authentic and delicious breads and pastries, and returning guests receive upgrades.

Nothing is perfect.
